1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar

½ cup (100 g) light brown sugar

¾ cup (180 ml) vegetable oil

½ cup (120 g) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup (240 ml) plain yogurt or sour cream

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups (450 g) diced apples

1½ cups (170 g) chopped pecans
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan or baking pan.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.

In another bowl, mix sugars, oil, and melted butter. Add eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.

Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
